At CannaCompare, we started this because we were tired of the guesswork. How do i place an order?

It's easy:

Do you ship across the U.S.?

Yes — we ship nationwide to customers of legal age in their state. All packages are labeled as hemp products, which complies with federal shipping regulations.

When will my order arrive?

Once payment is received on our end there is a 24-48 hour processing time getting the package ready once the package in at the post office it takes 2-3 days to get you the customer we use USPS Priority mail.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes — If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately. We'll be happy to make changes.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the products, we do not grant refunds on orders. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Legal Framework: Hemp-derived products were removed from the Controlled Substances Act by the 2018 Farm Bill and are federally lawful to ship in the United States. 21 U.S.C. § 802(16)(B) excludes hemp from the definition of “marijuana,” and 7 U.S.C. § 1639o defines hemp as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and all derivatives with ≤ 0.3% Δ9-THC.
