Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with CannaCompare. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

Any items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at cannacompare@proton.me for return instructions.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
