Shipping Overview
CannaCompare ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail within the United States. All shipments include the required documentation for federally compliant, hemp-derived products.
Adult signature is NOT required upon delivery.
Orders are delivered directly to the shipping address provided at checkout.
CannaCompare is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with their local and state laws before ordering.
Warm Weather & Heat-Sensitive Products
CannaCompare is not responsible for melting or heat-related changes that may occur during shipping.
Some products, including edibles and other heat-sensitive items, may melt or soften during warm weather. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee these products will arrive in perfect condition.
To reduce risk:

Track your package and retrieve it promptly upon delivery

Avoid leaving packages outdoors in direct heat

If the package feels warm, open it immediately and allow the product to cool before handling
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products affected by heat during transit.
If you are concerned about warm-weather shipping, we recommend choosing non heat-sensitive products.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, CannaCompare is not responsible for theft, loss, or delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or delivery location issues.
If a package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.
